  • Support Finance leaders during peak periods such as quarter-end, year-end, and audit season by planning for workload, staffing, and team well-being.
  • Help shape and deliver org-wide talent and career development, including career frameworks, internal mobility, succession planning, manager development, and performance and calibration processes.
  • Use engagement, turnover, hiring, and promotion data to spot trends, share insights with leaders, and recommend practical next steps.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring plans, role design, and interview approach so we hire and promote fairly and well.
  • Interpret HR policies and apply them consistently. Help keep Momentive compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws.

  • A genuine interest in helping people grow their careers and in building programs that make growth visible and open to everyone.
