They are seeking a Growth Marketing Senior Manager to lead performance marketing strategy, drive customer acquisition, and accelerate revenue growth across multiple digital channels.

Role Overview

The Growth Marketing Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth marketing strategies across paid media, creative strategy, customer acquisition, attribution, and performance analytics. The Growth Marketing Senior Manager will oversee media buying, creative development, forecasting, campaign optimization, and cross-functional marketing initiatives while leading high-impact growth programs that drive measurable business results. This role is ideal for an experienced performance marketer who thrives in high-growth environments and enjoys combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Performance Marketing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital growth marketing strategies that support revenue objectives.

  • Lead paid customer acquisition initiatives across DTC, Amazon, and retail channels.

  • Own media planning, buying, optimization, and budget allocation across multiple advertising platforms.

  • Continuously optimize acquisition funnels using performance data and customer insights.

Paid Media Management

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and additional paid social platforms.

  • Evaluate and expand into emerging advertising channels as appropriate.

  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets to maximize ROAS and business growth.

  • Identify new opportunities to improve paid media efficiency and customer acquisition.

Creative Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Lead creative advertising strategy where creative assets serve as primary audience targeting mechanisms.

  • Source competitive advertising concepts and develop creative briefs.

  • Oversee production and delivery of advertising assets with internal teams and external partners.

  • Ensure messaging aligns with customer needs, brand positioning, and growth objectives.

Cross-Functional Marketing Leadership

  • Partner with lifecycle marketing, ecommerce, retail, product, engineering, and brand marketing teams.

  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns that support business growth across channels.

  • Advocate for improvements across the customer acquisition and conversion funnel.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic marketing initiatives.

Analytics, Attribution & Optimization

  • Develop a deep understanding of marketing attribution and conversion performance.

  • Establish KPIs, forecasting models, and performance reporting aligned with company objectives.

  • Monitor ROAS, customer acquisition costs, customer lifetime value, and overall marketing effectiveness.

  • Conduct experiments, analyze results, and implement data-driven optimizations.

Innovation & Team Leadership

  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new advertising platforms.

  • Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Mentor and guide marketing team members to execute high-impact campaigns.

  • Promote operational excellence across growth marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing with an emphasis on creative strategy and paid media.

  • Experience managing paid advertising across Meta, Google, and YouTube.

  • Experience developing and executing customer acquisition strategies.

  • Experience leading media planning and buying initiatives.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional marketing, product, and engineering teams.

  • Experience working within high-growth or startup environments.

  • Experience leading or mentoring marketing team members.

  • Experience managing marketing performance reporting and forecasting.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and paid media strategy.

  • Strong creative strategy and advertising campaign development skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and attribution.

  • Experience optimizing ROAS, CAC, CLTV, and conversion funnels.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with Meta Ads.

  • Experience with Google Ads.

  • Experience with YouTube Ads.

  • Familiarity with TikTok Ads and TikTok Shop Ads is preferred.

  • Ability to develop creative briefs and advertising concepts.

  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
