About the job

The Senior Global Mobility Specialist will be our local subject-matter expert (SME) in the Philippines or UAE. You'll bring hands-on, in-house experience of how immigration works in your market and use it to run and improve our global mobility processes.

You'll manage immigration and visa cases end to end coordinating with third-party providers where needed. You'll carry out detailed case reviews, handle complex cases and escalations, and make sure we meet our key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver high customer satisfaction (CSAT). You'll also support senior management in designing and scaling our global mobility policies as well as support our Sales team with pipeline deals.

Skills and qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in global mobility and immigration, with a deep understanding of the complexities of international relocation

  • In-house case management experience in the Philippines or UAE, or proven SME-level knowledge of immigration in either market

  • Strong ability to conduct detailed case reviews and manage complex immigration cases accurately and compliantly

  • Proven experience handling escalations, solving complex problems, and improving CSAT

  • Experience working with and managing external partners

  • A strong focus on KPIs, service levels, and continuous improvement

  • Project management skills to coordinate projects and pipeline deals through to successful outcomes

  • Excellent verbal and written English, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders

  • Exceptional stakeholder management, cross-cultural awareness, and discretion with confidential employee data

  • Comfortable communicating and collaborating across global time zones

Responsibilities

  • Act as the SME for the Philippines or UAE, advising customers and internal teams on requirements, timelines, and risks

  • Oversee immigration and visa cases from start to finish, including work authorization, visa sponsorship, right-to-work compliance, renewals, and cancellations

  • Coordinate with external partners and government bodies where needed, and manage partner performance against agreed service levels

  • Conduct regular case reviews to maintain high accuracy and compliance with set standards

  • Manage escalations and complex cases, finding root causes and putting fixes in place so issues do not repeat

  • Drive CSAT improvements through clear communication, faster turnaround, and a consistently high-quality experience

  • Adhere to set KPIs

  • Stay up to date on immigration law changes and share the impact with customers and internal teams

  • Support the expansion team and wider global mobility team on ad hoc projects and pipeline deals

  • Train and mentor new team members, sharing your market expertise to strengthen the team
