- As our Senior Executive Assistant & Property Coordinator, you'll become the trusted right hand to a respected Australian business leader, balancing executive support with property coordination, client communication, and operational excellence. From managing priorities and coordinating property transactions to maintaining CRM records and streamlining workflows, you'll play a vital role in creating exceptional experiences for clients while helping the business run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support, including diary management and priority coordination.
- Prepare professional client correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
- Coordinate property inspections, settlements, and key transaction milestones.
- Conduct property research, suburb analysis, and market updates.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and document management systems.
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, brokers, conveyancers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor deadlines, follow-up actions, and outstanding tasks.
- Use approved AI tools to improve workflow efficiency while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and operational workflows.
- Deliver exceptional client service while supporting day-to-day business operations.
Requirements

- Experience in finance or professional services.
