The Senior Electrical Engineer leads complex electrical design projects from concept through startup and commissioning while managing project risks and client relationships. This role also provides technical mentorship to team members and ensures high-quality standards across all project deliverables.

The Senior Electrical Engineer – PE Preferred leads constructable, complex electrical design projects from concept through completion. This role partners with clients, project managers, field teams, and other design disciplines to deliver high-quality solutions, manage project risks, and support successful project execution. The position also provides technical mentorship, conducts peer reviews, and helps drive standards, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams.

Travel Requirements: Travel will be required and will vary according to business requirements. Travel should not exceed 30% of your time.
Compensation: The pay range for this position is $79,000 to $116,000+ benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility. The range posted for this role represents a range that Interstates, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting. The pay is determined by job related skills, training, education, and experience.
