The Senior Director has administrative responsibility for reentry programs in Ohio funded through the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections (ODRC). Together with the Senior Vice President and program leadership, the Senior Director is responsible for oversight of assigned programs including, but not limited to, program development and enhancement, quality improvement activities, staff management, asset management, budgeting, and ensuring that activities of the programs are consistent with the strategic plan of the organization. The Senior Director is also responsible for compliance with accreditation and contract standards applicable to their assigned locations, including but not limited to BOP, ACA, BCS, CARF, PREA, IDOC, and ODRC, ensuring the programs are capable of consistently meeting standards.

This position requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a social service, or related, field with a master's degree and advanced licensure (LISW, LICDC, etc.) preferred. The incumbent will have a minimum of seven years related experience with at least five being in a supervisory capacity.

This position requires the ability to manage complex, multi-function programs at multiple locations. Demonstrated skill in the following areas is essential: program planning, evaluation, and management; personnel management; budget development and management; and ability to interact with all levels of personnel both within the organization and in the community. Knowledge of, and experience with, accreditation and quality assurance/improvement is required.
