Senior Digital Strategist

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Digital Strategist to join our team and contribute to delivering impactful projects, designing innovative solutions, and driving the development of AI and data strategies. In this role, you will combine your product management expertise with a strong understanding of data and AI to conceptualize and implement future-ready solutions for our clients. As a Senior Digital Strategist, you will lead strategic AI transformation initiatives, shape new digital ventures and help scale Impact Studios as a leading innovation and AI advisory practice.

You will act as a trusted advisor for client leadership teams, partnering with executives to define business strategies, identify growth opportunities and deliver transformative solutions powered by AI, data and technology.

You will also play a critical role in developing Impact Studios capabilities, methodologies and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Advisory

• Lead executive-level conversations around AI transformation, innovation and digital growth.
• Define strategic roadmaps aligned with business priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Assess organisational readiness, operating models and transformation opportunities.
• Advise clients on AI adoption, governance and scaling approaches.

Venture Building & Product Strategy

• Lead the creation of new products, services and business models.
• Design and validate value propositions.
• Drive opportunity discovery, market analysis and business model innovation.
• Build compelling business cases and investment recommendations.

AI & Transformation Leadership

• Shape enterprise AI strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Define use case portfolios and prioritisation frameworks.
• Lead complex transformation initiatives across functions and stakeholders.
• Guide AI adoption programs and change management efforts.

Business Development & Growth

• Support pre-sales activities, proposals and client pitches.
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Contribute to thought leadership, industry positioning and market visibility.
• Develop reusable assets, frameworks and consulting playbooks.

Team Contribution

• Mentor junior strategists.
• Promote best practices across Impact Studios.
• Facilitate workshops and executive stakeholder sessions.
• Help define the future operating model of Impact Studios.

Requirements

Must Have

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, innovation consulting, venture building, digital transformation or product strategy.
• Proven experience leading client-facing engagements.
• Strong expertise in AI, data and digital business transformation.
• Experience building business cases and executive presentations.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Highly Desirable

• Experience working with C-Level stakeholders.
• Experience in GenAI strategy and implementation programs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft AI ecosystem (Azure AI, Copilot, Fabric, Power Platform).
• Experience in venture creation or innovation labs.
• Knowledge of change management and transformation frameworks.

Success Indicators. After 12 months you will:
