About the Role

Reporting to our International Marketing Director and working closely with the UK&I Demand Generation Manager, the Senior Demand Generation Executive will support one of our highest-value regions in the global bookings plan, spanning Field, SMB and Enterprise segments.

This role drives the UK&I demand-gen events programme, pairing it with sales enablement, content and organic social. Work that turns activity into pipeline.

This is a demand generation role with an events lean, rather than an events-logistics role. Flagship trade shows and large-scale programs remain led by our central Events team, with this role partnering closely alongside them.

A typical day will include…

  • Planning and delivering UK&I demand-gen events end-to-end, including logistics, timelines, and on-the-day execution, for example: user groups, executive roundtables/dinners, customer lunch & learns, and association partnerships & sponsored programs

  • Partnering with and supporting the central Events team on the events they own and lead: flagship trade shows (e.g., RAE London), and large-scale Bullhorn programs (e.g., Engage, Roadshows), providing regional input and on-the-day support

  • Tracking attendance and pipeline goals for each demand-gen event, feeding results back into planning

  • Producing customer and sales newsletters and regular updates that keep the SMB, Field and Enterprise teams informed and equipped

  • Executing BDR-aligned campaigns, turning campaign strategy into scheduled, well-briefed outreach and follow-up

  • Creating and repurposing content from events, including recaps, highlights, clips and written follow-ups, to extend reach beyond the room

  • Managing organic social activity for the region and supporting nurture and audience-building across the funnel

This role is a fit for you if…

  • You have demonstrable experience supporting B2B events (in-person and hybrid), including logistics and on-the-day management

  • You have experience in a demand generation, campaigns or field marketing role, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology

  • You have strong project management and organisational skills, and are comfortable running multiple activities to deadline

  • You have confident copy and content skills for newsletters, sales updates and social

  • You are hands-on with marketing and sales platforms (e.g. marketing automation, CRM, social scheduling) and quick to learn new tools

  • You have a commercial mindset, planning activity to pipeline outcomes

  • You're comfortable working cross-functionally especially with sales stakeholders

  • Exposure to the recruitment technology sector or a comparable B2B market is a plus

What we offer...

  • Group Critical Illness, Group Income Protection, Group Life Assurance, Pension, Vision, EAP
  • Access to our Discounts and Wellbeing Portal
  • Optional from DAY ONE - Private Medical Coverage & Ride to Work Scheme
  • Unlimited Vacation
