We are seeking a Senior Consultant, Digital Media to deliver technical consulting services and operational support for our Google Marketing Platform (GMP) client portfolio. This role focuses on hands-on platform expertise, client enablement, and day-to-day delivery excellence.

GMP Platform Consulting & Technical Implementation

Deliver expert consulting on SA360, DV360, and CM360, supporting clients with campaign setup, optimization, troubleshooting, and feature enablement to maximize platform ROI.

Client Success & Enablement

Serve as the primary technical resource for assigned clients, providing training, onboarding, and ongoing support to drive platform adoption and self-sufficiency.

Operations & Billing

Ensure accurate billing operations, platform reconciliation, and invoice verification while maintaining detailed documentation and process improvements for delivery efficiency.

This role combines deep platform expertise with strong client partnership skills to deliver measurable impact on client performance and satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Consulting & Technical Delivery

• Deliver tactical consulting services for clients on GMP platforms (SA360, DV360, CM360), including campaign setup, configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.

• Implement and manage floodlight tracking, conversion tagging, and first-party data infrastructure for client measurement and attribution needs.

• Support clients with platform feature enablement, best practice guidance, and campaign performance troubleshooting.

• Perform billing operations verification, invoicing accuracy checks, and reconciliation of platform costs against client budgets.

Client Engagement & Support

• Serve as the primary technical resource for assigned clients, responding to platform questions, implementation requests, and optimization opportunities.

• Conduct client onboarding, training sessions, and platform enablement workshops to drive adoption and self-sufficiency.

• Manage client expectations, document solutions, and provide clear communication on timelines and technical specifications.

• Collaborate with agencies, media teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive client solutions and delivery.

Operational Excellence

• Maintain detailed documentation of client setups, configurations, and ongoing support activities.

• Identify process improvements and best practices to streamline delivery and enhance operational efficiency.

• Proactively track platform updates, compliance requirements, and emerging ad tech capabilities relevant to client needs.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years in digital media, ad tech, or marketing technology consulting with hands-on platform experience.

• Strong knowledge of GMP platforms: demonstrated expertise in at least two of SA360, DV360, or CM360.

• Google Ad Manager experience preferred but not required.

• Familiarity with other DSPs or advertising platforms beneficial for consulting context.

• Proven ability to implement and manage conversion tracking, floodlights, and first-party data solutions.

• Strong client-facing communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

• Experience with billing operations, invoicing, and platform reconciliation.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently on assigned client accounts.

Time Allocation:

• 70% Client Consulting & Technical Delivery

• 20% GMP operational support

• 10% Process Improvement & Documentation

The salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available to all permanent employees.
