Senior Client Services Associate

The Senior Client Services Associate, PCS supports efforts to maintain and expand upon COA copyright holders and client relationships for the assigned PCS service area(s) through complex project planning, feasibility research, costing and proposal development, pipeline tracking and client management.

Mapi Research Trust (MRT) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving patients’ quality of life by facilitating access to Patient-Centred Outcome (PCO) information. We promote scientific approaches in the PCO fields and encourage exchanges between academics, pharmaceutical companies, and international organizations around the world in the service of incorporating the patient’s voice into every step of the development process of new treatments.

This role is within the Author Collaboration Unit department, Mapi Research Trust (in collaboration with ICON plc).

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing copyright holder accounts, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.

• Enhance copyright holder satisfaction through proactive communication, responsiveness, and value-added support.

• Lead project management, monitoring, and reporting activities related to assigned accounts.

• Build and expand relationships with Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) copyright holders and developers to identify new business opportunities and support sustainable revenue growth through regular, value-driven communication.

• Coordinate the setup and implementation of distribution processes for new COAs in collaboration with internal teams.

• Conduct due diligence activities to verify and document copyright ownership.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in COA management, advising copyright holders and developers on industry standards and best practices.

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with licensing, legal, operations, and commercial teams to support account objectives and business growth.

Requirements:

• Client management for at least 2 years prior
• Contract management
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Public speaking
• Advanced level of English, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.) - Word is particularly key for managing contract negotiation and changes
• Experience in clinical research field/COA field/pharma industry/Project Management is a plus
