The Senior Branch Manager oversees operational performance, service quality, and regulatory compliance for I/DD services across Mississippi. This role involves leading a team of Care Supervisors, managing client relationships, and driving growth through community engagement and recruitment.

Help at Home is seeking an experienced Senior Branch Manager – I/DD Services to oversee in-home and community-based services for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) throughout Mississippi.
This leader will have responsibility for operational performance, service quality, regulatory compliance, client and family experience, and team performance, while directly leading approximately seven Care Supervisors. Approximately 75–80% of the business is centralized in the Jackson area, with oversight extending across Mississippi’s seven regional centers.
The ideal candidate will have direct leadership experience within I/DD in-home or community-based services, supporting individuals with conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Fragile X Syndrome, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, and other intellectual or developmental disabilities, including individuals with co-occurring behavioral or mental health needs.
Candidates should have strong knowledge of Mississippi I/DD state standards, policies and procedures, Medicaid Waiver Programs, regulatory and compliance requirements, and person-centered service delivery. Experience managing client and family relationships, developing frontline leaders, and ensuring consistent, high-quality services across multiple locations is essential.
This role also requires experience with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and a high level of proficiency with computer systems, electronic documentation, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
This is a remote-based position within Mississippi with regular statewide travel required. We offer weekly pay between $65,000-$75,000 annually.
