You will identify and acquire new publishers, affiliates, and advertisers while managing campaign performance and profitability. You will also work directly with founders to develop new verticals and build a dedicated affiliate team.
We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Business Development Manager with an established and active network of publishers, affiliates, media buyers, and/or direct advertisers.
This is not a traditional sales or account management role. We are looking for someone who can leverage existing industry relationships, open new opportunities, bring relevant partners to the table, launch campaigns, and take ownership of their growth and profitability.
You will work directly with the founders and have a high level of autonomy, with the opportunity to eventually build and lead your own BD/Affiliate team.

An active and relevant professional network of publishers, affiliates, media buyers, traffic partners, and/or advertisers.
Proven ability to turn relationships into launched campaigns and commercial results.
Experience working with direct advertisers, publishers, affiliates, or media buyers.
Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, RevShare, Pay Per Call, EPC, ROI, conversion rates, margins, and campaign economics.
Experience with Everflow, Affise, or a similar tracking platform.
Experience in at least two relevant performance marketing verticals.
Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Fluent English.
Comfortable working with international teams, US-based partners, and different time zones.
Highly proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable working independently.
Willingness to attend international affiliate conferences and industry events.

Activate and develop your existing professional network to generate new business opportunities.
Introduce relevant partners to the company's offers and take partnerships from initial contact through launch.

Identify new offers, traffic opportunities, GEOs, and potential business partnerships.
Launch and scale performance campaigns together with the technical/affiliate team.
Monitor campaign performance, traffic quality, conversion rates, EPC, ROI, and profitability.
Troubleshoot tracking, quality, communication, caps, and other campaign issues.
Develop existing partners and increase their volume and profitability.
Build relationships with US and international advertisers and publishers.
Participate in affiliate conferences, networking events, and industry meetups.
Maintain a transparent pipeline and regular reporting on partnerships, launches, and commercial results.
Work directly with founders on new verticals, markets, and growth opportunities.
Over time, help build and potentially lead a dedicated affiliate/BD team.
Nice to have
Strong network in Auto Insurance, Home Improvement, or Pay Per Call.
Practical Pay Per Call experience.
Experience working with US advertisers and US traffic.
Media buying background.
Direct relationships with publishers or advertisers.
Experience launching a new affiliate/performance marketing vertical from zero.
Existing network in the US lead-generation market.
Spanish, German, or French in addition to English.
Experience managing or building a small BD/Affiliate team.
Experience with traffic quality, compliance, fraud, chargebacks, reconciliation, and campaign economics.
Regular participation in affiliate industry conferences.
What You'll Get
Fully remote position with an international team.
Direct collaboration with founders and fast decision-making.
High level of autonomy and ownership.
Opportunity to directly influence revenue, vertical strategy, and company growth.
Performance-based earning potential linked to commercial results.
Paid participation in relevant affiliate conferences and business travel.
Opportunity to develop new verticals and GEOs.
Potential to build and lead your own team as the business grows.
Long-term growth opportunity within a young and ambitious performance marketing company.
Who will thrive in this role
This role is a strong fit for a hunter-type affiliate professional who already has meaningful industry relationships and knows how to turn them into business.
You should be comfortable opening doors yourself, negotiating commercial terms, understanding campaign economics, and taking responsibility for results - rather than waiting for leads, established processes, or a ready-made portfolio.
If you have a strong network and know how to monetize it, this role gives you the opportunity to have a direct impact on the company's growth.
