Under direction, the Select Manager proactively and efficiently leads a team of Account Managers to meet clients’ customer service needs while adhering to Patra Select Servicing Standards.
Core Duties
Manage and mentor Account Mangers through regular check-ins, coaching, constructive feedback and strength development; taking action on issues and reporting such to Senior Manager and coordinating with Training Manager as needed
Conduct interviews and make hiring selections in coordination with one additional Manager
Ensure each Account Manager has proper licensing, and back-ups for phones, emails and tasks and oversee desk time management and organization for team
Participate in weekly Leadership meetings, Leadership Cohorts and Manager meetings
Act as resource for Account Managers regarding markets, coverages and time management
Assist Implementation Consultants with new hire training and coordinate on workflows and utilization of team
Interact with Agency Contact as needed on all relevant issues
Assist implementation of all new initiatives as directed by Management team
Hold monthly team meetings to communicate department updates, goals, etc.
Complete compliance audits for all team members
Other duties as assigned
Supporting Responsibilities:
Maintain knowledge of various states insurance guidelines
Understand customer challenges and partner to find solutions
Identify and communicate to team leads any areas where efficiencies can be improved as well as various other elements of the department such as increasing revenue

Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 6 months experience – 1 year preferred – with Patra
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
Minimum internet speed of 6 mbps download and 3 mbps upload; Wired Ethernet cable connection from home router to computer; No satellite
