Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP NetWeaver Administrator to support a Platform Engineering team in maintaining and optimizing SAP environments. This is a net-new role focused on ensuring system reliability, performance, and continuous improvement across complex technical infrastructures in a cloud-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage upcoming system changes and resolve scheduling conflicts
  
• Maintain and update system support documentation, including changes from upgrades and redesigns
  
• Install, maintain, and support complex SAP infrastructure, hardware, and system software components
  
• Administer and tune SAP platforms to ensure high availability and optimal performance
  
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members
  
• Participate in on-call rotation for production support
  
• Support rollout and implementation activities
  
• Perform root cause analysis for service interruptions and implement preventive measures for complex projects
  

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP HANA administration
  
• Experience with SAP NetWeaver system administration
  
• Experience managing SAP environments in public cloud platforms
  
• Experience using scheduling tools to manage daily operational tasks
  
• Experience working with SAP Solution Manager
