Job Description

Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (with experience in Medical Devices Manufacturing and Field Operations)

Location: Remote

Year of Experience: 8+ Years

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and experience supporting custom mobile application development (preferably Angular based). This role goes beyond traditional CRM and involves supporting a complex Medical Devices commercial ecosystem, where Salesforce is used to manage:

1. Sales and account management
2. Consignee stock tracking
3. Inventory consumption during surgical procedures
4. Defect, returns, and replacement processes
5.  

The ideal candidate will partner with Sales, Field Operations, Supply Chain, and Clinical teams to design scalable solutions and enable seamless execution through integrated mobile applications for field users.

Key Requirements

1. 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst
2. 5+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud experience
3. Mandatory: Experience in Medical Devices / Healthcare Manufacturing domain

1. Strong understanding of:
   1. Consignment inventory models
   2. Surgical/clinical product usage tracking
   3. Returns, defects, and replacement workflows
   4. Customer Case Management
2. Preferred: Experience with custom mobile application development (Angular or similar frameworks)
3. Proven expertise in:
   1. Requirements gathering & documentation (user stories, BRDs)
   2. Process mapping across sales + operations workflows
   3. Stakeholder management across business and IT
4. Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP / inventory / external systems
5. Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models

Key Responsibilities

1. Gather and translate business requirements across Sales, Field Operations, and Supply Chain into user stories and functional designs
2. Design and support Salesforce solutions covering the following:
   1. Sales lifecycle management
   2. Consignee stock tracking and visibility
   3. Stock consumption capture during surgical procedures
   4. Defect reporting, returns, and replacement processes
   5. Case Management
3. Collaborate closely with mobile application teams to:  
   1. Define field-user workflows and UX journeys
   2. Enable offline/real-time data capture for surgical and inventory events
   3. Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and mobile apps
4. Facilitate discussions with Sales Ops, Field Sales, Clinical Specialists, and Operations teams
5. Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
6. Drive UAT, user training, and change management initiatives
7. Support reporting and analytics for:
   1. Inventory utilization
   2. Field consumption trends
   3. Defect/return tracking
8. Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance within a regulated environment

Preferred Certifications

1. Salesforce Certified Administrator
2. Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
3. Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant

Nice to Have

1. Experience working on field sales or clinical mobile applications
2. Exposure to FDA / regulatory / quality processes in MedTech
3. Understanding of ERP integration (JDE, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
4. Experience with offline-first mobile architectures
