Provide operational support and administration for mission-critical HPE NonStop (Tandem) compute platforms hosting Base24 systems. Responsibilities include system configuration, monitoring health, implementing security policies, and ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.

Design and deploy AI/ML pipelines for automated data reconciliation and anomaly detection within the RISE data migration program. Develop AI-assisted mapping tools and quality dashboards to accelerate conversion throughput and ensure data integrity.

The ClaimCenter Lead will provide technical leadership for ClaimCenter development activities and ensure consistent implementation patterns across developers. They will also guide the implementation of FNOL/intake processes and oversee development affecting ClaimCenter financials.
