Salesforce Administrator

Tether, part of the TEKenable Group, is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our growing Salesforce team in Islamabad, Pakistan.

The successful candidate will work as a Salesforce Administrator, responsible for managing and optimising Salesforce platforms to support both internal users and client environments. You will play a key role in configuring the system, supporting users, and contributing to ongoing delivery projects, while continuing to develop your technical and functional expertise. 

This is a highly collaborative role offering hands-on experience across Salesforce configuration, support and project delivery, with clear progression into a Consultant position.

Responsibilities 

• Configure and maintain Salesforce, including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules and reports 

• Manage user administration, including user setup, roles, profiles and permissions 

• Provide day-to-day user support and issue resolution 

• Support Salesforce implementations and enhancement projects 

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements 

• Collaborate with Consultants and Developers to deliver system changes 

• Support data management activities including data imports, cleansing and validation 

• Assist in testing activities, including system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) 

• Maintain documentation including system configurations and process flows 

• Work towards achieving Salesforce Administrator and relevant certifications 

Requirements

Skills and Experience 

• Experience working with Salesforce platform (Admin level) or similar CRM systems 

• Understanding of Salesforce configuration (objects, workflows, security model) 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to translate business needs into system changes 

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities 

• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn 

• Proven track record of supporting or delivering Salesforce platform solutions in a business or project environment 

Technical Skills 

Required 

• Salesforce Administration (or strong exposure) 

• CRM system configuration 

• Data management and reporting 

Desirable 

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator or working towards) 

• Experience with Flow / basic automation 

• Understanding of integrations or APIs 

Advantageous 

• Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment 

• Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem tools (e.g. AppExchange solutions) 

Education 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT or a related discipline (preferred) 

Hiring Process 

Once you are successfully selected for interview a dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager will reach out and arrange a short pre-screening call.
