Sales Support Representive

The Sales Support Representative is integral to fostering exceptional customer satisfaction and driving the effectiveness of the sales team within Heritage Family of Companies. This role involves collaborating and supporting sales staff with client interactions, coordinating sales documentation and processes, and maintaining accurate data management systems, ensuring efficient order processing and delivery. The incumbent will leverage strong communication and organizational skills to facilitate seamless operations and develop robust relationships with clients and internal teams, thereby enhancing overall sales strategy and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main liaison for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and precise communication to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Support the preparation and distribution of accurate sales documents, proposals, ensuring all materials meet current standards.
• Efficiently manage and process sales orders, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions.
• Maintain customer databases, ensuring data integrity to support sales initiatives and identify emerging trends for strategic planning.
• Compile and evaluate sales data to produce actionable insights and recommendations, enhancing sales performance and strategic decision-making.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline communication and optimize sales outcomes.
• Proactively address and resolve client issues, ensuring a timely and effective resolution to uphold customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
• Identify areas for process improvement within sales operations, implementing best practices to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

• Regional travel to support client interactions and sales team initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enhancing customer engagement.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a proactive, independent approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve organizational goals.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably within a Fortune 50 company environment.

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required OR combination of both education and experience.
