What You'll Do
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting
- Conduct roof and property inspections to identify customer needs
- Educate homeowners on roofing solutions, products, and the insurance restoration process
- Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and contracts
- Meet with insurance adjusters when necessary to facilitate claim approvals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales and project process
- Follow up consistently to ensure an outstanding customer experience
- Track activities, opportunities, and sales performance within our CRM system
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
What We're Looking For

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
- Sales experience preferred; roofing, construction, home improvement, or insurance experience is a plus

- Participate in company meetings, 1 on 1 sales meetings, and advanced training sessions.

- Actively cold calling, door knocking, canvassing, and networking.

Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Previous sales, customer service, or customer-facing experience preferred
