We’re now looking for a driven, technically curious Sales Representative to help us scale our commercial growth and bring Netdata to more teams that need instant visibility into their systems.

As a Sales Representative at Netdata, you’ll be responsible for owning the full sales cycle — from first conversation to close — while working closely with engineering, product, and marketing. You’ll sell a product that developers genuinely love, which means your success will be driven by understanding customer pain points and demonstrating real value, not pushy tactics.



What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage the sales pipeline from lead qualification to closing

  • Engage with technical buyers (DevOps, SREs, Platform Engineers, CTOs)

  • Run product demos and discovery calls tailored to customer needs

  • Collaborate with marketing on inbound leads and outbound campaigns

  • Provide feedback from prospects and customers to the product team

  • Build long-term relationships with customers and partners

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or technical sales

  • Experience selling to engineering-focused teams

  • Strong communication skills — you can explain complex ideas simply

  • Comfort working in a remote, async-first environment

  • Self-motivated, organized, and accountable

  • Familiarity with observability, monitoring, cloud, or DevOps tools is a strong plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience with open-source business models

  • Background as an engineer, SRE, or DevOps practitioner

  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise customers

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
