Job Role: Sales Representative
Compensation range: $1,750 AUD / Monthly + uncapped commissions (realistic monthly earnings $2,900 to $4,000+ AUD)
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM AEST (lunch at 1:00 to 2:00 PM AEST) | 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM PH time (lunch at 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM PH time)

They offer end-to-end services, including packing, transportation, and move coordination, helping individuals and businesses relocate efficiently through a customer-focused and reliable approach. Our client has been in the industry for over 16 years and has earned more than 1,000 five-star Google reviews.
Role Overview: We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Representative to join a growing moving and relocation services company. Working Brisbane business hours, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, managing inbound enquiries, closing bookings, and delivering exceptional service throughout the customer's moving journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the main phone line during Brisbane business hours.
- Respond to inbound phone calls and online enquiries. Our standard is first contact within 15 minutes of a new enquiry landing.
- Understand customers' moving requirements and recommend the most suitable service
- Prepare and present quotes, explain pricing, collect deposits, and secure bookings
- Manage structured follow-up via phone and SMS to maximise conversions
- Coordinate booked jobs by managing confirmations, paperwork, and CRM updates
- Handle customer enquiries before, during, and after their move, resolving issues calmly and professionally
- Upsell additional services, trucks, or labour when required during active moves
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the CRM
Requirements
- Proven inbound phone sales experience. A customer service background alone is not sufficient.
- Strong closing skills with the confidence to handle objections and secure bookings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Calm, organised, and solutions-focused under pressure
- Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up and time management skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment aligned with Brisbane business hours
What We Offer
- Full-time remote role with an established flow of inbound leads
- Base salary plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses
- Typical monthly earnings of A$2,900, with strong performers earning A$3,600–A$4,000+
