We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to join our Sinch team, generate new email

customers across our SMB and Mid-Market Email segments.

You’ll be responsible for driving new business and revenue growth through Sinch’s leading

email solutions, including Mailgun and Mailjet.

The ideal candidate brings a strong history of success in the email space and understands

the unique challenges businesses face when selecting, implementing, and scaling email

delivery, transactional email, and email marketing solutions.

What You’ll Do

You'll be responsible for driving new business and revenue growth across SMB and Mid-

Market customers


Key Responsibilities

Own revenue performance against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets

Drive sales of Sinch Email solutions, including Mailgun and Mailjet, by effectively

position solutions against customer business and technical requirements Leverage your expertise in email delivery, transactional email, email marketing,

deliverability, APIs, developer-focused solutions, and customer engagement use

cases

Be prepared to be coached through regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, deal strategy

sessions, call coaching, and performance feedback

Establish clear expectations around sales activity, pipeline generation, opportunity

management, forecasting, and revenue attainment

Develop and execute strategies to improve pipeline generation, conversion rates,

sales velocity, average deal size, and overall productivity

Maintain accurate and predictable forecasting through disciplined pipeline and

opportunity management

You'll be responsible for consistent execution of Sinch and Email sales

methodologies, processes, and tools

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Operations, Customer Success,

Product, Solutions Engineering, and other teams to improve the customer journey

and accelerate revenue growth


What You Bring

Experience in a SaaS, technology, or high-growth environment

Strong history of working in the email technology space, with a deep understanding

of email delivery, transactional email, email marketing, deliverability, APIs, and related

customer use cases

Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets

Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, sales methodology, and

performance management

Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies

Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to navigate through complex

business and technical sales conversations

Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, data-driven environment while balancing

strategic priorities with day-to-day execution


REQUIREMENTS

A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience, including sales

SaaS experience; or an advanced degree with relevant experience; or equivalent

work experience.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets. Previous experience selling email technology, email marketing, email delivery,

marketing technology, SaaS, or related solutions.

Strong understanding of the email ecosystem, including transactional email, email

APIs, email deliverability, email marketing, and customer engagement.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to use sales performance data to identify

trends, diagnose challenges, and develop strategic action plans.

Proficiency in CRM software, sales engagement platforms, forecasting tools, and

other sales technology.

Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting revenue, and driving consistent

sales execution.

Strong understanding of consultative selling, discovery, opportunity management,

and closing methodologies.


PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

Experience working with SMB and Mid-Market SaaS sales teams

Direct experience selling email platforms such as Mailgun, Mailjet, SendGrid,

Postmark, Klaviyo, or similar solutions

Strong knowledge of email deliverability and the technical considerations

associated with sending email at scale

Experience selling API-based or developer-focused email solutions

Experience managing high-velocity sales motions and/or a combination of

inbound and outbound sales

Experience working with recurring revenue business models and metrics

The annual starting base salary for this position is $65,000 - $82,000. Factors that may

affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience,

and other qualifications. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in

the Company’s commission plan, with a target commission opportunity equal to 45% of

annualized base salary, subject to the terms of the applicable commission plan.
