The Sales Engineer will develop and implement B2B sales strategies to generate leads and secure new business for process cooling and industrial solutions. We are looking for a Sales Engineer / Senior Engineer with strong experience in B2B sales, capital goods, industrial equipment, and process cooling/HVAC solutions.
The ideal candidate should have a combination of technical knowledge, consultative selling skills, commercial understanding, and strong customer relationship management abilities.
Candidates from industries such as:
• Develop a strong understanding of process cooling solutions, their technical features, and the customer problems they solve.
• Develop and implement effective B2B sales and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify prospective customers and generate high-quality sales leads through market research, networking, and direct outreach.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate process cooling / industrial solutions.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Follow up with prospects after initial meetings and drive opportunities through the complete sales cycle.
• Handle commercial discussions, negotiations, payment follow-ups, and collections.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates on business pipelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term account relationships.
