Cordance is seeking a Director of Sales who is responsible for leading the sales team, developing and executing strategies to drive both new business acquisition and existing account expansion, and achieving revenue growth for a specific company vertical. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate a high-performing team. The Sales Director will focus on expanding market share, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds revenue targets.
This is a fully remote role; all candidates must reside with full work authorization in the US.

Sales Leadership: Builds, coaches, and leads high-performing sales teams to consistently achieve revenue targets.
Revenue Strategy: Develops and executes strategies that drive new business acquisition and account expansion.
Market & New Business Growth: Expands market share through proactive prospecting and entry into new verticals or regions.
Account Expansion: Grows existing accounts by strengthening client relationships and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Forecasting & Sales Operations: Owns pipeline management and forecasting using data-driven insights and CRM tools.
