The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for driving early-stage sales activities by prospecting, engaging, and nurturing leads throughout the funnel. The SDR plays a key role in maintaining consistent communication with prospects, ensuring accurate CRM tracking, and supporting the overall sales pipeline.   • Identify and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting efforts across different channels.

  • Follow up with inbound leads and guide them through the early stages of the sales funnel.

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects to support long-term engagement and conversion.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, tracking all interactions and follow-ups.

  • Support sales closing efforts as needed by assisting with prospect qualification and communication.

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on prospecting, lead follow-up, and appointment setting.

  • Proven experience supporting or closing sales and driving conversions.

  • Proven experience within a marketing or agency environment.

  • Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and track interactions.
