Reports To: Manager of Inside Sales

Location: Saint John, NB or Remote (Canada)

Intent of the Process

There is an anticipatory need to staff 1+ SDR in either Q2 2026 or Q3 2026. We are looking for a pool of qualified candidates that are interested in working with ProcedureFlow and available to start in the near future.

Who We Are

We help organizations be the best they can be! We are passionate about making information not only easy to create and share, but also quick and simple to find, follow, and maintain. Even the most complicated processes are no match for our software that makes information simple for anyone to navigate and understand.

This is an outbound-heavy role where the phone is your primary tool. We run a phone-first approach; this is how we book meetings, build pipeline, and ultimately drive revenue. You will be prospecting into organizations across healthcare, government, utilities, financial services, and retail industries, where AI-readiness and the need for structured, consistent process knowledge are growing fast. Our messaging is landing and we need someone who can carry it into the market at volume. If you are the kind of person who treats rejection as part of the process, picks up the phone without hesitation, and takes pride in booking quality meetings, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Make high-volume outbound calls daily as your primary method of prospecting — this is a phone-first team
  • Book qualified meetings with senior and director-level contacts across target accounts
  • Execute multi-channel outreach sequences combining phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Manage and maintain an organized prospect list for ongoing outbound campaigns
  • Qualify inbound leads generated through marketing, events, and campaigns
  • Research target accounts to personalize outreach and improve conversion rates
  • Log all activity, lead data, and next steps accurately in Salesforce
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on messaging, ICP, and campaign priorities
  • Learn and communicate the Procedureflow value proposition clearly and confidently

Qualifications

Core Requirements

  • 1 or more years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role
  • Cold calling does not intimidate you; you pick up the phone and you are comfortable doing it every day
  • Comfortable speaking with senior executives and decision-makers at the director and VP level
  • Organised, disciplined, and can manage a high volume of activity without dropping the ball
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM or a comparable platform
  • Communicate clearly, your emails and LinkedIn messages are sharp and get responses
  • Thrive in a fast-moving environment and hold yourself accountable to targets

Bonus Skills

  • A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an asset — but equivalent practical experience is equally valued
  • Experience selling into or prospecting within healthcare, government, utilities, or financial services
  • Familiarity with outbound sequencing tools (e.g. Salesloft, Outreach, or similar)
  • Understanding of AI, knowledge management, or contact centre technology
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary
  • Benefits From Day One - and we cover the health & dental premiums
  • Paternal Leave Top-Up
  • Retirement Savings - employer matching up to 4%
  • Employee Stock Options
  • Home Office Equipment – laptop, monitor, mouse and keyboard are all included.
  • Positive Team Culture - we work hard but we also have a lot of fun together!

Remote Workspace Requirements

Procedureflow is a remote-first company, and this is a work from home opportunity. Our head office is in Saint John, New Brunswick, (which is available to you as a workspace), but we know you can do your work from anywhere in Canada.

You have a safe, comfortable, and ergonomic workspace and working environment - a private and quiet workspace is vital for doing your best work! You also have a reliable internet connection capable of participating in video calls.
