As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll directly contribute to Rewatch’s growth and culture, helping drive engagement and excitement with prospective customers. On the agenda is setting an outstanding first impression - on video, over email, by phone, or in-person. What you'll do
  • Achieve and exceed your monthly metrics by securing qualified meetings with prospects that lead to viable sales opportunities. The best of these opportunities will become Rewatch customers.
  • Create, design and execute engaging outreach campaigns to target prospects with the goal of securing a sales meeting.  Consistently testing and iterating on messaging and tactics.
  • Generate new sales leads through a mixture of outbound phone and email prospecting, following up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries. Working quickly to qualify leads (or disqualify) to help drive conversion of leads to opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed daily expectations of outreach via phone and email.
  • Share feedback across the company to surface customer feedback and ensure processes are optimized.
  • Manage and maintain data integrity in Salesforce.


What we’re looking for
  • You’re a stellar communicator, both written and verbal, and you’re comfortable leveraging video in your daily work.
  • You are comfortable in a fast-paced, high energy environment.
  • You’re collaborative and are comfortable testing new approaches as we build the SDR playbook at Rewatch.
  • You are scrappy and willing to work beyond expectations.
  • You are great at finding ways to motivate yourself and your teammates.
  • You are highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • You’ve had to learn new software programs before and have learned them quickly.

$60,000 - $100,000 a year
This is the estimated annual OTE (Base salary + Commission). This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Rewatch's applicable plans
