Sales Consultant | Telematics

We are looking for a Sales Consultant (Telematics Hardware) to strengthen our ambitious sales team in Brazil.

As Teltonika continues to expand its operations across the country, we are looking for sales professionals interested in developing new business opportunities and supporting our growth in different regions of Brazil.

Teltonika's Telematics business unit develops and manufactures easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and many other industries. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika continues to set new standards in the telematics industry.

Teltonika provides an opportunity for ambitious sales professionals to expand their expertise, develop deep product knowledge, and build a successful career within a fast-growing global organization.

In this role, you will:

• Actively develop new business opportunities (hunter profile)
• Prospect and approach new clients through cold calling, visits, email, LinkedIn, and networking
• Sell telematics hardware solutions, including GPS trackers, vehicle tracking devices, and IoT products
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline while expanding Teltonika's presence in your assigned territory
• Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts
• Develop long-term relationships with customers, partners, and distributors
• Represent Teltonika at customer meetings and industry events
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver the best customer solutions

What we expect of you:

• Experience in B2B sales of hardware solutions (Telematics, IoT, Tracking, Telecom, Electronics, Networking or similar)
• Proven hunter profile with experience opening new markets and acquiring new customers
• Experience selling into industries such as Fleet Management, Logistics, Transportation, Agriculture, Construction or related sectors
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Fluent Portuguese
• English level: Intermediate (B1+), required for understanding product documentation, technical materials, and internal communication
• Strong ownership, autonomy, and results-driven mindset
• Willingness to travel
• Availability to work in or support different regions of Brazil, according to business needs
