Sales Admin Support Coordinator

Department: Admin

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Chicago, IL

Reporting To: Tim Corbett

Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 / year

Description

Admin Support Coordinator – Remote

Remote | Central or Eastern Time Zone
$40,000–$50,000 annually
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM in your local CT/ET time zone

Are you the person who notices when something falls through the cracks and makes sure it actually gets finished?

We’re looking for an Admin Support Coordinator to support our Sales Operations team and help keep the systems, tools, equipment, and people processes behind our growing organization running smoothly.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, comfortable with technology, naturally helpful, and enjoys solving problems. You do not need years of experience or deep technical expertise. We’re more interested in someone who learns quickly, follows through, communicates well, and takes ownership of their work.

What You'll Do

You’ll support Sales managers and team members across a variety of day-to-day operational needs, including:
  • Set up and maintain user accounts across CRM, lender, POS, and other business systems
  • Help employees and managers resolve basic login, access, and system questions
  • Coordinate system access during employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Keep workforce and headcount tracking accurate and up to date
  • Order and track equipment including iPads and field materials
  • Work across several web-based systems and internal tools
  • Troubleshoot issues independently before escalating when needed
  • Identify inefficient or repetitive processes and suggest better ways to handle them
  • Support changing priorities as the business continues to grow

The role also includes responsibility for independently evaluating administrative workflows, identifying gaps, and helping implement improvements

You'll Probably Be Great at This if You...
  • Naturally follow tasks all the way through instead of assuming someone else will pick them up
  • Are organized and detail-oriented, even when several things are happening at once
  • Stay calm and helpful when someone comes to you confused or frustrated
  • Enjoy learning new technology and figuring out how systems work
  • Are comfortable asking questions when something is unclear, but will first try to find the answer
  • Communicate clearly and respond promptly
  • Can manage your own workload while working remotely
  • Enjoy finding easier or smarter ways to get work done
  • Have experimented with AI tools, automation, templates, or other ways to improve a process

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous administrative, coordination, operations, or customer support experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort working across multiple technology platforms
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, and simple formulas
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace
  • Ability to work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM in either Central or Eastern Time

An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is welcome but not required. Previous experience with CRM or account-administration systems such as ServiceTitan or Salesforce is helpful, but we can train the right person.

Benefits

  • Starting salary: $40,000–$50,000
  • Full-time, salaried position
  • Remote work
  • Company-provided equipment
  • Benefits including 401(k)
  • Opportunity to grow alongside a fast-moving organization
Our process is straightforward:

Initial screening → Interview with Sales Operations Manager → Final interview with National Sales Director → Offer
