Reporting / Visualization Analyst

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly skilled Reporting / Visualization Analyst with strong expertise in developing executive-level dashboards, business intelligence reports, and KPI-driven visualizations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Power BI, eazyBI (EasyBI), Jira, Airtable, and ServiceNow, along with a solid understanding of data integration, reporting automation, and enterprise reporting solutions.

This role requires the ability to transform complex business and operational data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making, performance monitoring, and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard development, data visualization, and business intelligence reporting.
  

• Experience designing and delivering executive-level dashboards and management reports.
  

• Strong working knowledge of Jira data models, Jira REST APIs, and Jira reporting capabilities.
  

• Hands-on experience with eazyBI (EasyBI) for Jira reporting, analytics, and dashboard development.
  

• Experience working with Airtable, including data management, reporting, and integrations.
  

• Experience extracting and analyzing data from ServiceNow.
  

• Strong understanding of KPI development, performance measurement, and business reporting.
  

• Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise applications and APIs.
  

• Proficiency in data modeling, transformation, and visualization techniques.
  

• Experience with Power Query, DAX, and SQL for data preparation and reporting.
  

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to executive stakeholders.
  

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.
