Do you love turning strategy into real pipeline, not just pretty reports?
Do you get energized by campaigns, funnels, and watching qualified calls land on the Sales calendar?
If yes, you might be the Marketing Lead (Growth & Revenue Operations) we’re looking for at Yokly.
Yokly is growing — fast. We help businesses scale with high-quality offshore talent, and now we’re looking for someone who can:
Handle end-to-end marketing – from idea → launch → optimization
Own revenue operations on the marketing side – clean funnels, clean data, no “mystery leads”
Partner closely with Sales – same goals, same scoreboard
Generate qualified leads and expand Yokly’s client base
Spearhead marketing campaigns that consistently turn strangers into booked discovery calls
If you like being at the center of strategy, execution, and revenue impact, this is your playground.
As Yokly’s Marketing Lead (Growth & Revenue Operations), you’ll own the entire marketing engine that feeds Sales.
You will:
Architect and run multi-channel campaigns
Own lead flow and attribution from first touch to booked call
Align with Sales and leadership on targets and priorities
Build a repeatable, scalable system for qualified discovery calls
You’ll work with a small pod, collaborate with Design for social/video/reels/landing pages, and use our in-house tools to make sure we know exactly what’s working and why.
Design and manage multi-channel growth campaigns (LinkedIn outreach + ads, email funnels & nurture, landing pages, partnerships)
Define ICPs, offers, messaging, and funnel stages that align with Sales and capacity
Turn company and Sales targets into pipeline goals (MQLs, SQLs, opps, revenue influence)
Build 90-day growth plans with clear experiments and expected outcomes
Launch and oversee LinkedIn sequences, GoHighLevel automations, and email campaigns
Own marketing-side RevOps:
UTMs, campaign naming, and tracking structures
Lead capture, routing, tagging, and scoring
Smooth handoff to Sales in our in-house app / CRM

Improve:
Reply rates (LinkedIn / email)
Landing page conversions
Lead-to-SQL and SQL-to-client performance
Capture learnings and build playbooks so the next campaign launches stronger and faster

Operations to ensure we can deliver on what we promise
Client Success to turn happy clients into case studies and proof
Be the one who makes sure everyone knows what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next
