🌟 About the Role This Executive Assistant will report directly to the Director of Client Relations, with a dotted line to the Director of Business Development. The role requires a proactive, forward‑thinking professional who can anticipate needs, act with minimal direction, and maintain excellent communication with both internal teams and clients. Strong canvassing and research skills are essential to support business development initiatives.
📌Key Responsibilities 📂 Provide high‑level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership. 🔍 Anticipate executive needs and proactively address priorities. 📅 Manage calendars, communications, and coordination of internal and client activities. 🤝 Act as liaison between leadership, internal stakeholders, and external clients. 📊 Conduct market research, prospect identification, and canvassing for business development. 📝 Prepare reports, track metrics, and maintain documentation in CRM systems. 📢 Support client engagement initiatives, including follow‑ups and deliverables. ⚠️ Identify risks, opportunities, or process improvements and escalate appropriately. ✅ Ensure strong follow‑through and high standards of quality in all tasks.
✅Skills & Qualifications 🎓 Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leaders. 💬 English C1 💻 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required). 🛠️ Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel highly preferred).
