Real Estate Transaction Coordinator (Ontario) (Remote)

And we’re looking for a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Transaction coordination - managing all paperwork between listing and closing
  2. Listing preparation and uploading to MLS (Realm system)
  3. Client communication and follow-up via WhatsApp and email
  4. DocuLoop document management
  5. Booking showings and appointments
  6. Marketing support - Facebook posts and property flyers
  7. Agent communication coordination
  8. Receipt uploading and administrative tasks
  9. RECO form management (Ontario Real Estate Council forms)

Qualifications:
• Canadian/Ontario real estate experience (required)
• Familiarity with RECO forms, TREB systems, and Realm (MLS system for Ontario)
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Proficient in client communication via WhatsApp and email

Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Location: This is a remote job

Salary Package :
• PHP 37,500
