We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Event Planner to join our team and assist clients in planning and coordinating unforgettable events. This freelance, work-from-home opportunity offers flexibility and access to top industry vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual and in-person events based on client needs.
  

• Research and secure venues, vendors, and accommodations.
  

• Manage budgets, timelines, and event logistics.
  

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
  

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously.
  

• Experience in event planning is a plus but not required—training is provided.
  

• Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of online booking tools.
