Regulatory Solutions Analyst – Cigna Global Health Benefits – Remote

The Compliance Solutions Delivery Organization serves as a critical bridge between Regulatory, Compliance, Legal, Business Operations, Technology, Data & Analytics, and enterprise stakeholders to ensure regulatory requirements are effectively interpreted, implemented, monitored, and operationalized across CGHB products and services.

 

CGHB is seeking an experienced and strategic Regulatory Solutions Analyst to help drive the organization's increasingly complex compliance initiatives, regulatory change management activities, and compliance reporting obligations.

 

The Regulatory Solutions Analyst is a senior individual contributor responsible for leading complex compliance initiatives and providing strategic oversight of compliance delivery activities. This role combines program leadership, advanced business and data analytics, regulatory implementation expertise, and cross-functional stakeholder management to ensure CGHB remains compliant with evolving federal, state, and international requirements. This role serves as a trusted advisor to leadership and business partners, translating complex regulatory requirements into actionable business solutions, identifying compliance risks and opportunities, and leveraging data-driven insights to support decision-making and regulatory oversight. The successful candidate will lead large-scale and cross-functional initiatives while influencing stakeholders across CGHB, Cigna Healthcare, Evernorth, and enterprise compliance organizations.

 

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of business analysis, program management, compliance, or related experience
• Advanced data analysis, reporting, validation, and partnering with Business Intelligence and Data & Analytics teams
• Regulatory reporting expertise, including reporting design, data governance, quality controls, validation, and audit-ready reporting practices
• Leading complex cross-functional initiatives and regulatory implementation effort
• Agile methodology and delivery; experience working across Agile and Waterfall environments
• Regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and operational readiness activities
• Proven experience working on business and technology initiatives with an understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and organizational change adoption
• Experience with OpenPages, KnowledgeXChange, Jira, or similar governance and delivery tools preferred

Skills

• Strong analytical skills to critically evaluate mandates and identify true compliance needs requiring action.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to organize multiple sources of data and create clear requirements, including creation of written Epics and facilitation of the walkthrough.
• Must be a self-starter who is able to work independently and develop recommendations to progress the goals of the organization.
• Comfortable with raising questions, issues, ideas or suggestions to co-workers at all levels across the organization, including internationally.
• Ability to interpret and analyze large sets of data and apply analytical skills to evaluate complex regulatory requirements, identify business impacts, and develop actionable recommendations.

 

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 75,700 - 126,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
