The Global Trade Compliance Manager oversees import/export compliance programs, including classification, licensing, and adherence to international trade regulations. This role also conducts risk assessments, internal audits, and develops global trade policies to ensure regulatory compliance across the organization.

The Global Trade Compliance Manager is a key role within the company’s global trade compliance program, ensuring adherence to all applicable import/export laws, regulations, and sanctions requirements. This role drives strategic compliance initiatives, supports global business expansion, and mitigates regulatory risk through robust governance, due diligence, and cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Law, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and brings prior experience working in global, multi-jurisdictional trade compliance environments. This is a sedentary role involving sitting most of the time, with occasional walking or standing and exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
The position requires domestic travel ranging from 0% to 25%

This position may be based anywhere in the United States and includes travel as part of the responsibilities.
The range for this position is $107,300.00 to $232,200.00 USD. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
