The Regional Workplace Lead - South Asia will be responsible for:

Operational focus and excellence

• Understand the Facilities Management scope for the client and develop relevant processes and procedures in consultation with functional managers to ensure implementation and compliance of programmes for client properties across assigned client sites
• Provide operational oversight of service delivery and support client-specific programmes such as technology launches, trainings, and user experience initiatives
• Oversee all key performance indicators across assigned client sites and ensure the team is meeting the client’s requirements and contractual standards
• Provide overall account management to include integrity audits, reports, compliance and presentations

Exceeding client expectations

• Demonstrate customer-centricity by working closely with account leads and site teams to develop tailored and innovative solutions for sub regional service delivery
• Oversee financial operations targets, process compliance and risk management

Driving team success

• Understand the service delivery requirements and focus the team toward successful accomplishment of contractual standards and measures
• Create a working environment for functional site teams that promotes collaboration, performance and personal growth
• Hire, attract and retain key talent through training and stable succession plans
• Resolve conflicts amongst team members; provide coaching regular coaching, feedback and recognition

Required Qualifications:

Critical competencies for success include:

• Expertise in property management
• Superior communication skills to interface with a wide range of stakeholders
• Ability to manage and resolve conflicts between client and firm requirements
• Proactive and professional approach to customer service and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to effectively train staff and promote open and collaborative working relationships
• Flexible and adaptable with demonstrated ability to deliver innovative solutions
• Management of diverse teams to execute timely deliverables

Preferred Qualifications:

• University degree or professional qualification in engineering, real estate, or facility management
• 5 years’ practical experience in property of facility management or related field in multiple countries across Asia Pacific
• Experience managing a high performing team across multiple sites
• Expertise in property management, planning and organisation, and ability to address complex operational issues
• Experience managing stakeholders at multiple levels and resolving conflicts between client and JLL requirements
