Job Description:

The Regional Recruiting Manager is responsible for providing full cycle recruiting services and support to assigned markets as needed. Following the recruiting process/system and legal requirements, the position will network, prepare strategy, source and screen applicants for a variety of roles and center level positions, as well as coordinate the hiring and selection process. This position is an individual contributor, managing relationships and requisitions without direct reports. 

Key Job Responsibilities 

• Proactively communicates with operational leadership to review staffing strategy, providing recommendations, and understanding recruiting needs. 
• Communicates regularly with Talent Acquisition Managers regarding goal alignment and achievement, recruitment process updates and changes, and internal customer alignment.
• Supports the staffing strategy both in person and remotely as directed by the recruiting needs. Support may include, posting positions, making talent recommendations, reviewing resumes, maintaining candidates, conducting phone screens, and tracking progress of prospects, applicants and candidates. 
• Manages the offer process to ensure consistency, compliance with Gerber's policy & practice, and a high rate of acceptance. Management of the process includes a clear handoff to the HR team to enable an effective and consistent onboarding process.
• Independently, researches, recommends, and uses established and new sources for active and passive candidates. Generating applicants may also include promoting and expanding teammate and alumni referral networks, building a professional network and leveraging sources such as Indeed or LinkedIn recruiting tools. 

Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job

• 2-4 years of Recruiting and/or HR experience
  

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Management systems
• Ability to identify and handle priority and/or sensitive issues with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality
• Effective written and verbal communication/interaction skills
• Proficient in the use of Google email, docs, and presentation software

Preferred Education and/or Experience

• Experience in Workday preferred

Other Requirements

• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state). Some overnight travel required
• Must live in-region (NV/AZ/CA)

Compensation Details:

SALARY
$70,000 - $95,000 / Year

Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience. 

Supplemental Pay: 
This position may also be eligible for Bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives
