Manage full-cycle recruiting for Store Manager roles, including sourcing and interviewing candidates for District Manager selection, and coordinate hourly staffing initiatives. Support field leaders and HR through hiring and onboarding, maintain talent communities, report staffing and turnover progress, conduct hiring events and market visits, and promote Store Manager retention.
Talent Acquisition Representatives are responsible for executing a full cycle talent acquisition process to hire Store Managers, coordinating hourly recruiting/staffing initiatives and programs, while providing support to Regional Directors, District Managers and Field HR Generalists.
Job Responsibility • Responsible for sourcing, recruiting and interviewing quality external candidates for Store Manager positions to be presented to District Managers for final selection. Coordinating recruiting/staffing initiatives and programs for the hourly associate population. (55%) • Supports field management and Field HR generalists throughout the hiring and on-boarding process related to training, talent engagement, care and selection, pre-employment screening, and store assignments. (10%) • Utilizes multiple systems to create and maintain talent communities to build relationships and engage talent to source quality candidates. (15%) • Monitors and reports weekly progress on staffing needs, turnover, succession planning and other related issues. (10%) • Performs market visits with District Managers and Regional Directors to support staffing needs and organizes/conducts hiring events and staffing meetings as needed. (5%) • Drives Store Manager retention through training programs and other internal programs to ensure successful transitions for newly hired and promoted Store Managers. (5%)
Working Conditions This position may require some travel and overnight stays (5-10%)
Job Qualifications • Strong recruiting skills and the ability to identify quality candidates. • Strong knowledge of all relevant recruiting processes and employment laws and regulations. • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks for timely completion. • Excellent understanding of the retail environment. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and employees of all levels. • Good computer skills; ability to develop spreadsheets & reports to analyze division staffing needs. • Excellent collaboration and consensus building skills. • Strong relationship building and networking skills. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks for timely completion. • Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills. • Track record of success in delivering on KPIs
Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant work experience. Two to three years of recruiting exempt level candidates and/or HR Generalist experience.
