About the Role

We're looking for a Recruitment Specialist who owns the full recruitment cycle, from first outreach to signed offer. This role runs at a steady, high-volume pace, so it needs someone who can source when the pipeline needs a boost, think creatively about where to find candidates, and keep a consistent interview rhythm every day.

If you're organized, communicative, genuinely enjoy talking to candidates, and aren't afraid to try a new sourcing angle when the usual channels run dry, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Independently manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to interviews to extending offers
  

• Conduct 6–10 candidate interviews per day, consistently hitting performance targets
  

• Support sourcing efforts as needed, using creative strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels
  

• Actively pitch job opportunities to candidates, presenting a compelling value proposition and answering questions to secure top talent
  

• Build and refine trackers and databases to keep candidate management and sourcing organized
  

• Handle the administrative side of recruitment: scheduling interviews, maintaining accurate records, and reporting on recruitment metrics
  

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role, with a focus on end-to-end recruitment and a track record of managing candidate pipelines
  

• Comfortable sourcing when needed, you can think outside the box and try new platforms or approaches to find qualified candidates
  

• Strong sales instincts: you know how to pitch a role and get candidates excited about it
  

• Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and pipelines at once
  

• Strong proficiency in English, Spanish or Portuguese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  

• Reliable, results-driven, and comfortable working independently to hit deadlines
  

• Proactive mindset, willing to take on more and contribute wherever the team needs it
  

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting in Latin America
  

• Familiarity with ATS or recruiting CRM tools
  

• Experience building or refining sourcing/tracking tools
