Recruiter (Mexico)

We are looking for a technology recruiter to handle end-to-end recruiting. The position also offers flexibility to work remotely. Growth opportunity includes building the talent team and owning all recruiting for a business unit or vertical.

Job duties

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for Tiger Analytics team in the Mexico
• Souring, screening, scheduling interviews with panel and hiring managers
• Creating and maintaining candidate pipeline for upcoming roles.
• Maintain ATS system, collect feedback and calibrate the process
• Engaging and attracting talent from senior consultants to leadership positions
• Interview planning, offer, negotiation with pointers from the hiring managers
• Create partnerships with external recruiting firms or contractors

Requirements

• 7+ years of work experience as a recruiter
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience working in a consulting company with global operations highly preferred (US, Canada)
• Experience hiring talent in data science, analytics, data engineering and machine learning engineers
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel and google docs, etc.
• Knowledge of work visa/immigration is a plus
• Must have work authorization in the Mexico. We will not be sponsoring a work visa at this time.
