We're looking for a Recruiter to own frontline talent acquisition for a fast-growing multi-state facility services company operating across the East Coast. You will source, screen, and hire candidates for janitorial, security, concierge, and maintenance roles across multiple counties and states, build and maintain a continuous candidate pipeline, and serve as the dedicated recruiting function for a company that has historically relied on operations managers to fill this gap.

This role has a hard language requirement. You must be fully fluent in both English and Spanish, written and spoken. A significant portion of the frontline workforce is Spanish-speaking and having a recruiter who can communicate directly in Spanish is essential to sourcing and retaining the right candidates.

This is a high-volume, process-driven recruiting role. You will post jobs continuously across every active market, filter and maintain a candidate database, verify credentials including specialty licenses, and keep the pipeline full so the company can staff new work quickly when it comes in. If you are bilingual, organized, experienced in frontline or blue-collar recruiting, and take ownership of the full cycle without needing to be managed closely, this role is a strong fit.

Why You'll Want to Join

  • You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)
  • Paid Time Off in accordance with company policy
  • Observance of Holidays per company guidelines
  • 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive
  • This role requires availability Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern Time
  • Own the full recruiting function for a growing multi-state facility services operation
  • High-ownership role with direct impact on the company's ability to staff and grow

What You'll Work On

Sourcing and Pipeline Management

  • Post and maintain job listings continuously across all active markets and job platforms
  • Build and manage a candidate database that the company can draw from when new work comes in
  • Source candidates for janitorial, security, concierge, front desk, maintenance, and specialty cleaning roles
  • Attend hiring events and recruitment fairs as needed to expand the candidate pool

Screening and Qualification

  • Review resumes and conduct phone screenings in English and Spanish
  • Verify candidate credentials including specialty licenses such as the SORA license for New Jersey security roles
  • Assess candidates for reliability, schedule fit, and growth potential — for example, asking concierge candidates whether they would consider obtaining a SORA license
  • Match candidates to specific schedule profiles including roles suited for retirees, students, or other availability patterns

Interview Coordination and Onboarding

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers across multiple locations
  • Complete pre-employment processes including background checks and employment verification
  • Support candidate onboarding and ensure a smooth handoff to operations
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout every stage of the process

ATS and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Track pipeline activity, open roles, and hiring progress across all active markets
  • Build relationships with hiring managers to understand current and upcoming staffing needs

What You Bring

  • Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken — this is a non-negotiable requirement
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in frontline, blue-collar, or high-volume environments
  • Experience recruiting for security, janitorial, concierge, maintenance, or similar service industry roles strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with candidates and hiring managers
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system — ADP Workforce Now or similar preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Comfortable verifying credentials, licenses, and employment documentation as part of the screening process
  • Self-directed and results-oriented with the ability to own a full recruiting cycle independently
  • Available Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting for security roles requiring SORA or similar state-specific licensing
  • Familiarity with employment laws and hiring best practices across multiple US states
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience supporting a company through rapid headcount growth
  • Background recruiting across multiple geographic markets simultaneously

How to Apply

Please include:

  1. Your updated resume
  2. A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself in both English and Spanish, describing your recruiting experience, and walking through how you manage a high-volume pipeline across multiple open roles simultaneously

Only candidates who submit a Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.

If you are bilingual, experienced in frontline recruiting, and want to own the talent acquisition function for a growing facility services company with real hiring volume across multiple states, this role gives you the ownership and the direct impact to do your best work.
