Recruiter

Our client is looking for a Recruiter. They operate as a prominent national staffing firm focused on placing top-tier private household personnel and corporate executive support professionals across the United States.

This internal position directly supports talent acquisition operations by identifying, engaging, and pre-screening prospective candidates so talent leads can move rapidly. It is ideally suited for a resourceful recruitment professional who thrives on solving complex talent search challenges, communicates with clarity, and manages confidential talent data with high discretion.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for active US searches using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Facebook groups, and creative local channels.
  
• Run brief screening calls against clear parameters for each role, including early evening calls with candidates who work during the day.
  
• Write short, sharp candidate summaries so talent leads can move fast.
  
• Keep the Bullhorn database, job postings, and outreach tracking current.
  
• Help schedule candidate interviews and keep searches organized.
  
• Search for private household roles, including nannies, housekeepers, dog walkers, and private chefs.
  
• Search for corporate office roles, such as executive assistants and chiefs of staff.
  

Requirements

• Active ownership of a dedicated LinkedIn Recruiter seat or license
  
• Proven talent sourcing or recruitment experience
  
• Excellent, polished, and concise English communication skills, both written and spoken
  
• Experience sourcing talent for US-based roles
  
• Strong organizational skills, self-direction, and ability to handle sensitive, confidential data with discretion
  
• Comfort and facility with AI tools and modern recruitment software
  

Qualifications

• Prior experience using Bullhorn CRM/ATS or similar recruitment databases is a plus
  
• Familiarity with non-traditional sourcing channels, including Facebook groups and local job boards, is a plus

• Schedule: Monday to Friday overlapping US Eastern time (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST), including midday team check-ins and flexibility for evening screening calls
