We are seeking a talented Full-Cycle Recruiter to support a growing healthcare-focused organization through the end of the year. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent across a variety of functions, helping advance a mission dedicated to saving lives through cell therapy.

This is a fully remote opportunity with a collaborative team, reasonable requisition volume, and the chance to make a meaningful impact.


What You'll Do

As a Full-Cycle Recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from intake conversations through offer acceptance and onboarding support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage up to 10 active requisitions while delivering high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define hiring requirements, and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various recruiting channels and platforms.
  • Conduct phone and virtual interviews, including behavioral and skills-based assessments.
  • Review resumes and identify top talent aligned with role requirements.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring teams with detailed insights and recommendations.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain proactive communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Facilitate offer discussions, extend offers, and support candidate negotiations.
  • Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
  • Assist internal recruiting partners with candidate screening and interview processes as needed.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide market insights, talent trends, and recruiting best practice recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 3 to 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Proven success managing end-to-end hiring processes across multiple requisitions.
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills across diverse job functions.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities while meeting hiring deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience extending offers and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology.
  • Back ground in talent acquisition, full-cycle recruiting, and technical recruiting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting for technology, product, or corporate professional roles.
  • Previous staffing agency or search firm experience.
  • Strong consultative recruiting approach with hiring managers.
  • Familiarity with a range of ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing hiring priorities.
  • Passion for supporting a mission-driven organization focused on improving and saving lives through cell therapy.

Work Schedule

This position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates located in Minnesota. Core working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, allowing for collaboration with hiring leaders and recruiting partners while maintaining flexibility within a remote work environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
