The Role The Recruiter owns the full-cycle hiring process for BRAVAS, partnering with hiring managers across our branch locations to find and land great talent. You'll balance high-volume field roles with harder-to-fill technical and leadership searches, acting as both a talent advisor to hiring managers and a great first impression for candidates. This role is a fit for someone who moves fast, stays organized across a lot of open reqs at once, and genuinely enjoys the hunt for the right person.
Responsibilities - Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer for roles across all branch locations, including field, technical, and leadership positions
- Partner with hiring managers to build accurate job descriptions, align on must-haves, and set realistic hiring timelines
- Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative sourcing channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess fit for skills, experience, and culture
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels
- Guide candidates through the process with clear, timely communication to keep a strong candidate experience
- Extend offers and partner with People Operations on smooth handoff into onboarding
- Track requisitions, pipeline activity, and time-to-fill metrics in the ATS (JazzHR or similar)
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill roles across markets
- Represent BRAVAS's employer brand and culture throughout the candidate experience
Qualifications - 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, agency or in-house; multi-location or field-based hiring experience a plus
- Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels, with the ability to build pipelines for both immediate and future needs
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates alike
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple open reqs and priorities at once
- Comfortable working in an ATS and HRIS (JazzHR, Paycor, or similar)
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling candidate and offer information
- A sense of urgency balanced with a genuine focus on candidate experience
Physical Requirements - Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working at a computer
- Frequent use of hands for typing, mousing, and general office equipment operation
- Ability to communicate clearly via phone and video conferencing with candidates and hiring managers across multiple locations
- Occasional travel to branch locations or hiring events as needed
