Join the Eclipse Family! • Start with 5 paid personal days off yearly • Offering your base salary + commissions per closed appointment + monthly MVP award • Yearly Bonuses Responsibilities: • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met Qualifications: • +1 year of real estate sales experience • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred Compensation: $6,240- $12,480 yearly base salary PLUS COMMISSION
