Job Description

Overall Purpose of Job:

  • Administrative support of Purchasing team in daily business ( SAP maintenance) upon request from Purchasing organization placed on OTRS- service desk

Main tasks, roles and responsibilities:

  • SAP Master data management (material master data maintenance, output maintenance)
  • Purchase Order/Info record/Scheduled Agreement creation and maintenance
  • Sales Order creation/Cock pit processing
  • Price/Payment terms maintenance
  • Tool ordering / tool change ordering; incl TAD maintenance
  • Fast PCB, etc.
  • SAP/SAC reporting ( Supplier List extended, Price deviation. Etc.)
  • Other activities related to Purchasing Operations Support Team scope: ad-hoc reports, mass communication to suppliers, certificate management in SAP, documents upload etc.

Qualifications

Experiences and requirements:

  • University or college degree
  • Basic user of Excel (basic formulas and pivot), Word, Power point, Share point
  • Interest in working with the systems. Ability to learn new systems (e.g. Robotic Process Automation tools).
  • As a benefit – knowledge of SAP ERP, S4HANA system
  • English – B2 (daily communication)
  • German language A2/B1 as an advantage
