Job Title: Project Manager, Partner Programs & Operations

Job Description

The Partner Programs & Operations team is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-visibility portfolio of strategic initiatives across the Partner organization. This role blends traditional project management with hands-on operational execution, data analysis, and reporting. You will build structure and governance across multiple initiatives while directly owning operational projects, reporting, dashboard management, and process improvements. The position suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, creates order from ambiguity, and delivers actionable insights that inform leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Assess current and upcoming Partner initiatives and establish standardized project management processes across the portfolio.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, decision logs, and status reports.
  • Build and manage a centralized portfolio view to give leadership visibility into strategic initiatives and their progress.
  • Develop lightweight governance processes, templates, and operating rhythms that enable execution without unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • Monitor project health and proactively escalate risks, blockers, and resource constraints to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Own executive-facing reporting across the Partner project portfolio, ensuring clear, accurate, and timely updates.
  • Support initiatives involving partner transitions, systems enhancements, operational improvements, reporting projects, and other cross-functional programs.
  • Lead operational projects from initiation through completion, taking direct ownership of deliverables and outcomes.
  • Drive data cleanup and data-quality initiatives to improve the accuracy and reliability of operational information.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, aging requests, and process gaps to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Create and distribute recurring Partner Operations reporting to keep stakeholders informed on key metrics and trends.
  • Analyze operational trends and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Track and report on program health metrics, SLAs, adoption metrics, support activity, and other operational performance indicators.
  • Gather reporting requirements from Partner leadership and translate them into actionable specifications for internal Tableau or BI teams.
  • Serve as the business owner and quality assurance lead for reporting solutions, ensuring dashboards and tracking tools meet business needs.
  • Maintain operational dashboards and tracking tools, ensuring they remain accurate, relevant, and user-friendly.
  • Identify reporting gaps and recommend solutions across internal platforms, including Salesforce, Tableau, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Build scalable project and portfolio-level visibility tools that support leadership decision-making.
  • Drive accountability across cross-functional teams without direct authority by setting clear expectations and follow-through.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce backlogs.
  • Collaborate closely with Partner Operations, Revenue Operations, and other cross-functional teams to support SaaS and channel-related initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, providing concise updates and clear recommendations.
  • Leverage AI tools, where applicable, to improve documentation, reporting, and analysis.

Essential Skills

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, program management, PMO, operations, or a closely related field.
  • Proven experience building and managing project management frameworks, governance processes, and PMO best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, including risks, dependencies, milestones, and executive communications.
  • Experience driving accountability across cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
  • Advanced experience using internal project and portfolio management tools for project tracking, portfolio management, reporting, workflow management, and dashboard creation.
  • Ability to build scalable project and portfolio-level visibility tools that support leadership oversight.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting and business intelligence tools.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience developing operational reporting, dashboards, and insights using platforms such as Salesforce, internal tools, or other BI solutions.
  • Operational management experience, including leading data cleanup initiatives and improving business processes.
  • Proven ability to identify process inefficiencies, resolve operational backlogs, and drive operational excellence.
  • Ability to execute work directly rather than solely coordinating stakeholders, particularly in SaaS and channel operations contexts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  • Demonstrated success creating structure and driving execution in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes, systems, and business functions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience supporting SaaS organizations and related operational models.
  • in Partner Operations, Channel Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations.
  • Experience gathering Tableau reporting requirements and performing QA testing on dashboards and reports.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their application to documentation, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management experience.
  • Proven track record in process improvement and business operations optimization.
  • Interest in building and shaping PMO processes within a highly visible function.
  • operations leadership and influence strategic decisions.
