  • Coordinate site readiness, engineering approvals, supply chain activities, equipment availability, procurement, and vendor deployment schedules.
  • Track vendor costs, purchase orders, invoices, change orders, and financial commitments; reconcile expenses against approved scope and completed work.
  • Collect, validate, organize, package, and maintain infrastructure designs, equipment records, vendor activities, testing results, proof of completion, invoices, and supporting documentation to meet FCC compliance, reimbursement, and audit requirements.
  • Prepare and coordinate FCC regulatory reporting submissions and reimbursement packages, ensuring completeness, accuracy, traceability, and alignment with applicable program requirements.
  • Coordinate site acceptance, punch-list resolution, final deliverables, and documented closeout while supporting continuity of satellite services.
  • Develop accurate status reports, project dashboards, financial analyses, and executive presentations.
  • Coordinate across engineering, operations, finance, procurement, and external vendors to resolve issues and ensure timely execution.

Requirements
