Project Coordinator

This is a remote position.

Responsible for organizing and coordinating project activities across cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of healthcare IT and AI-powered solutions. This role focuses on scheduling, documentation control, progress tracking, and proactive communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain project plans and timelines.
  
• Track progress against milestones and manage resource updates.
  
• Coordinate go-live readiness activities with internal teams and clients.
  
• Develop and distribute project status reports and stakeholder communications.
  
• Organize and document project meetings, minutes, and action items.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
  
• 2-5 years experience in project coordination in healthcare IT.
  
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana).
  
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  

Nice to Have

• PMP/CAPM certification or experience with Agile methodologies.
  
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance or clinical workflows.
